This was one of the last things we were working on before we more or less collapsed into hiatus. I had come up with the main riff on bass at Ryan's house out in Seattle and really liked the simple direction of it. Maybe this was the precursor for Dreamless. I didn't think it then, but the one time we played this song at a show, Ben's wife commented that it sounded more like a Dreamless track than a KD one. I got pissed at that (more ego making me an asshole, again) but I now know Krista was correct. This song will more than likely be on the second Dreamless album, but here it is in a raw, infant stage, sans lyrics.
